Vintage Teapot and Creamer from Pine Street Pickers

Hard to imagine life before K-cups, but Instant Coffee was all the rage in the 1950s. How modern to make a cup without having to wait for the pot to perk ! Hull designed a limited number of these pots to meet the growing trend. Here is a stunning example of Hull's Parchment and Pine design, executed in shades of green rather than their more common brown tones. Also included is a very stylized matching creamer.
Pot measures 8 1/2 " tall including finial on top. My research shows that these pine cone finials often broke. Happy to say that this lid did not suffer that fate. Sadly, the only chip observed on this piece is a little one on the spout. Please see Photo # 5. Still in very good vintage condition for its age. Handles are both intact and no flaws are visible on the creamer.

A very hard to find addition to your own collection or a special gift for that Mid Mod couple!

I will ship Internationally. Please convo your shipping information.
